Cynicism- it's so easy.......
My foreign policy professor at Drake has stated on several occaisions
that she is a hardened cynic when it comes to America's relations with
the rest of the world.
It finally dawned on me.
Cynicism is easy.
Anyone can be a cynic, all it takes is an attitude that you cannot effect the system. Then its time to drop out of the race.
Being an agent for change is hard.
I choose the hard route. To chose anything less is to betray my country, the world I live in, my fellow human beings, and ultimately, myself.
What do you choose?
