According to the Christian Science Monitor, Bin Laden and his top
deputy are not in control of Al-Queda, but, as Rumsfeld admits, he may
be wrong.

Given Rumsfelds general level of "wrongness" which is usually off the charts, Bin Laden is probably running Al-Queda from Rummy's basement.

1. vastly underestimating the number of troops needed to pacify Iraq after invasion
2. stating that the mythical WMD are to the north, south, east and west of Tikrit.
